Refund policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Product Opening Video Required
A clear and unedited opening video of the package is mandatory to raise a return request.
• Wrong product received
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
• All tags, labels and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
For hygiene and handloom reasons, we do not accept returns for:
• Color variation (minor changes due to lighting/screen)
• Change of mind
• Size or draping issues
• Products purchased on sale, offer or clearance
Exchanges are allowed only if the product received was wrong or defective.
There is no exchange for color preference, change of mind or dislike after purchase.
